MARKHAM, Ontario (October 30th, 2018) ― Quietly introduced to motorsport in 2002, Multimatic DSSV™ dampers met with such success that they soon became known as the “unfair advantage.” The spool-valve technology’s evolution to road-going vehicles began with exotic, boutique-volume applications before transitioning to series-production, enthusiast-focused programs from a number of global OEMs.

- Major claims including statistics that span multiple years:
- Every major GTLM/GTE Pro endurance win globally during 2018 was on DSSV dampers. These included the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Rolex 24 At Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring, Six Hours of The Glen and Petit Le Mans
- Every WEC GTE Manufacturers Championship since series inception has been won using DSSV dampers (2012-2017)
- Three outright Le Mans wins
- Four F1 Team and Drivers championships
- Outright Nürburgring Record in 2018
